38 Apprenticeship sectors E+W

(1) [F3 The Welsh Ministers] must by order specify sectors of skill, trade or occupation for the purposes of this Chapter.

(2) The sectors specified under subsection (1) must in the opinion of [F4 the Welsh Ministers] encompass the full range of skills, trades and occupations.]
