6(1)The Secretary of State may by order amend paragraph 3(1) so as to substitute a different number for any of the numbers for the time being specified there.U.K.
(2)An order under sub-paragraph (1) must not amend paragraph 3(1)(b) so that it provides that there may be fewer than 5 ordinary members.
