Differences between the consultation draft and the final text

This paragraph applies if there are any differences between—
a
the proposed policies, statements and information contained in the consultation draft, and
b
the policies, statements and information contained in the final text.

When the relevant authorities publish the relevant document, they must also publish—
a
a summary of the differences, and
b
a statement of the reasons for them.
