I1182Exemption from liability

No person who is a member or employee of an IFC authority is to be liable for anything done (or omitted to be done) in, or in connection with, the discharge or purported discharge of the authority's functions.

Subsection (1) does not apply if the act or omission is shown to have been in bad faith.

The reference in subsection (1) to an employee of an IFC authority does not include any IFC officer acting as such an officer.
