299Review of the coastal access scheme

Where a scheme has been approved under section 298, Natural England may, from time to time, review the scheme (as revised from time to time under that section).

At least one review must be completed within the period of 3 years beginning with the day on which a scheme is first approved under section 298(2).

Natural England must publish a report of each review under this section as soon as reasonably practicable after the review is completed.
