I140Interim arrangements

The Secretary of State may by notice require any of the following—
a
a Minister of the Crown,
b
a government department,
c
a statutory body,
to provide to the MMO on a temporary basis such staff, premises or other facilities as may be specified in the notice.

In this section “statutory body” means any body or person established by or under any enactment.
