Remuneration, allowances and expenses

The Lord Chancellor may pay to the Chief Coroner—
a
amounts determined by the Lord Chancellor by way of remuneration or allowances;
b
amounts determined by the Lord Chancellor towards expenses incurred by the Chief Coroner in performing functions as such.
