(2)The remaining provisions of this Act come into force in accordance with such provision as the appropriate national authority may make by order.
(3)This Act extends to England and Wales only.
(4)This Act may be cited as the Business Rate Supplements Act 2009.

Impact Assessments
Impact Assessments generally accompany all UK Government interventions of a regulatory nature that affect the private sector, civil society organisations and public services.
