97 E+W+S The Regulatory Enforcement and Sanctions Act 2008 is amended as follows.

98 E+W+S Insert after section 38(2) (meaning of “relevant offence”)—

“(3) The entry in Schedule 6 for Part 5 of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 is, in relation to England and Wales and Scotland, to be read as a reference to Part 12 of the Equality Act 2010.”

99 E+W+S In Schedule 3 (enactments specified for the purposes of the Part relating to LBRO) omit “Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (c. 50)”.]
