Timeline of Changes
This timeline shows the different points in time where a change occurred. The dates will coincide with the earliest date on which the change (e.g an insertion, a repeal or a substitution) that was applied came into force. The first date in the timeline will usually be the earliest date when the provision came into force. In some cases the first date is 01/02/1991 (or for Northern Ireland legislation 01/01/2006). 11E+W+SSection 29, so far as relating to religious or belief-related discrimination, does not apply in relation to anything done in connection with—
(a)the curriculum of a school;
(b)admission to a school which has a religious ethos;
(c)acts of worship or other religious observance organised by or on behalf of a school (whether or not forming part of the curriculum);
(d)the responsible body of a school which has a religious ethos;
(e)transport to or from a school;
(f)the establishment, alteration or closure of schools.
