SCHEDULE 2 U.K. Minor and consequential amendments

Part 1 U.K. Amendments of Financial Services and Markets Act 2000

16 (1) Section 168 (appointment of persons to carry out investigations in particular cases) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (4), in paragraph (c), for “an authorised person” substitute “ a person ”.

(3) In that subsection, after paragraph (h) insert—

“(ha) a person may have performed a controlled function without approval for the purposes of section 63A;”.
