“22C Expenses

The undertaker must pay to [F1 the appropriate agency] the amount of expenses reasonably incurred by [F1 the appropriate agency] in connection with the consultation of an engineer under—

(a) section 8(3B),

(b) section 9(8),

(c) section 10(8), and

(d) section 14(5).”
