In Schedule 8 to the Finance Act 1983 (reliefs for exploration and appraisal expenditure) in paragraph 11(2) for “Section 839 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988” substitute “ Section 1122 of the Corporation Tax Act 2010 ”.
