In section 553(3)(b) (section 551: certain payments and benefits to be ignored) for the words from “qualifying donation” to “of that section” substitute “qualifying payment for the purposes of Chapter 2 of Part 6 of CTA 2010 because of a failure of condition F in section 191(7) of that Act to be met”.
