In paragraph 1 of the Schedule to the Transfer of Housing Corporation Functions (Modifications and Transitional Provisions) Order 2008—

(a)

in the words that refer to ICTA for “sections 376(4)(k), 488(7A) and 489(5A)” substitute “ section 376(4)(k) ”, and

(b)

at the end insert— “ sections 646(1) and 654(1) of the Corporation Tax Act 2010 (as those provisions have effect in accordance with paragraphs 82 and 83 of Schedule 2 to that Act) ”.
