169 U.K. In section 36B(8) of the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979 (interpretation of provisions relating to small brewery beer) for “section 839 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988” substitute “ section 1122 of the Corporation Tax Act 2010 ”.
