In section 36B(8) of the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979 (interpretation of provisions relating to small brewery beer) for “section 839 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988” substitute “ section 1122 of the Corporation Tax Act 2010 ”.
