The Companies Act 2006 is amended as follows.

In section 141(4)(a) (subsidiary acting as authorised dealer in securities) for “section 839 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 (c. 1)” substitute “ section 1122 of the Corporation Tax Act 2010 ”.
