360Treatment of umbrella arrangements

This section has effect for the purposes of this Part.

In the case of umbrella arrangements (see section 363)—
a
each part of the umbrella arrangements is to be treated as separate arrangements, and
b
the umbrella arrangements are to be disregarded.

Subsection (2)(a) is subject to section 361.
