14 Review of reduction in number of constituencies U.K.

(1) The Minister must make arrangements—

(a) for a committee to carry out a review of the effects of the reduction in the number of constituencies brought about by section 11;

(b) for the findings of the review to be published.

(2) A majority of the members of the committee are to be Members of the House of Commons.

(3) Arrangements under subsection (1)(a) are to be made no earlier than 1 June [F1 2020] and no later than 30 November [F1 2020].

(4) In this section “the Minister” means the [F2 Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster] or the Secretary of State.
