14Review of reduction in number of constituenciesU.K.

This section has no associated Explanatory Notes

(1)The Minister must make arrangements—

(a)for a committee to carry out a review of the effects of the reduction in the number of constituencies brought about by section 11;

(b)for the findings of the review to be published.

(2)A majority of the members of the committee are to be Members of the House of Commons.

(3)Arrangements under subsection (1)(a) are to be made no earlier than 1 June [F12020] and no later than 30 November [F12020].

(4)In this section “the Minister” means the [F2Minister for the Cabinet Office] or the Secretary of State.
