107 E+W In section 120 (acquisition of land compulsorily by principal councils), after subsection (3) insert—

“(3A) Police and crime commissioners and the Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime are to be treated as principal councils for the purposes of—

(a) this section (apart from subsection (1)(b)), and

(b) section 121.”.
