108(1)Section 146A (Joint Authorities) is amended in accordance with this paragraph.
(2)In subsection (1)—
(a)after “joint waste authority,” insert “and”;
(b)omit the words from “a police authority” to “Metropolitan Police Authority”.
(3)Omit subsections (1A) to (1C).
