127 E+W In section 44 (interpretation etc of Part 1), in subsection (1), in paragraph (a) of the definition of “local authority”, for the words from “police authority” to “Metropolitan Police Authority” substitute “ police and crime commissioner, the Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime ”.
