Rent (Agriculture) Act 1976 E+W

134 E+W In the Rent (Agriculture) Act 1976, in section 5 (no statutory tenancy where landlord's interest belongs to Crown or to local authority etc), in subsection (3), for paragraph (baa) substitute—

“(baa) a police and crime commissioner;”.
