178E+WIn the Housing Act 1988, in Schedule 1 (tenancies which cannot be assured tenancies), in paragraph 12(2) of Part 1 (local authority tenancies etc), for sub-paragraph (g) substitute—
“(g)a police and crime commissioner.”.
