In section 97 (regulations for police forces)—

(a)

in subsection (3)(a), for “police authorities” substitute “ local policing bodies ”;

(b)

for subsection (4)(c), substitute—

“(c)
such persons as appear to the Secretary of State to represent the views of police and crime commissioners;
(ca)
the Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime;
(cb)
the Common Council of the City of London; and”.
