276 E+W In section 38 (unified power for Secretary of State to fund speed cameras etc), in subsection (5)(b), for the words from “any police authority” to “Metropolitan Police Authority” substitute “ any police and crime commissioner, the Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime ”.
