Police Reform Act 2002 E+W

298 E+W In section 45 (code of practice relating to chief officers' powers under Chapter 1), in subsection (3), for paragraph (c) substitute—

“(c) such persons as appear to the Secretary of State to represent the views of police and crime commissioners;

(ca) the Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime;

(cb) the Common Council of the City of London; and”.
