SCHEDULE 16 E+W Police reform: minor and consequential amendments

Part 1 E+W Police Act 1996

41 E+W In section 87 (guidance concerning disciplinary proceedings etc), in subsection (1)—

(a) for paragraph (a) substitute—

“(a) local policing bodies,”;

(b) for paragraph (e), substitute—

“(e) members of the civilian staff of a police force, including the metropolitan police force (within the meaning of Part 1 of the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011).”.
