65(1)In the Police, Factories, &c (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1916, section 5 (regulation of street collections) is amended as follows.E+W
(2)In subsection (1A), for paragraph (b) substitute—
“(b)the Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime, and”.
(3)In subsection (2)(b), for “a police authority” substitute “ the Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime ”.
