Amendments of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 U.K.

10 U.K. In section 10 (power to make regulations for preventing misuse of controlled drugs), after subsection (2) insert—

“(3) In this section a reference to “controlled drugs” does not include a reference to temporary class drugs (see instead section 7A).”.
