Section 316(2) of the Pensions Act 2004 (subordinate legislation subject to affirmative procedure) is amended as follows.

Omit paragraph (a) (the administration levy).

In paragraph (f) (the levy ceiling) after “ceiling)” insert “ which is made by virtue of section 178(8) ”.
