Local Government Act 1972 (c. 70) E+W

1 E+W In section 137(9)(a) (“local authority” means a parish council which is not an eligible parish council for the purposes of Part 1 of the Local Government Act 2000) for “Part 1 of the Local Government Act 2000” substitute “ Chapter 1 of Part 1 of the Localism Act 2011 (general power of competence) ”.
