SCHEDULE 12 E+W Neighbourhood planning: consequential amendments

Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 E+W

25 E+W In section 66 (general duty as respects listed buildings in exercise of planning functions), at the end insert—

“(4) Nothing in this section applies in relation to neighbourhood development orders.”
