42(1)Section 59 of the Finance Act 2004 (construction industry scheme: contractors) is amended as follows.E+W
(2)In subsection (1) after paragraph (f) insert—
“(fa)the Greater London Authority in the exercise of its functions relating to housing or regeneration or its new towns and urban development functions;”.
(3)In subsection (2) for “(f)” substitute “ (fa) ”.
