Protection from Eviction Act 1977 (c. 43) E+W

6 E+W In section 3A(8) of the Protection from Eviction Act 1977 (licence to stay in hostel excluded if hostel provided by listed body) after paragraph (d) insert—

“(da) a Mayoral development corporation;”.
