8 E+W In paragraph 2(5) of Schedule 4 to the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 (street trading: designation of streets: meaning of “relevant corporation”) after paragraph (b) insert—

“(ba) a Mayoral development corporation;”.
