1 E+W The Greater London Authority Act 1999 is amended as follows.

2 (1) Section 41 (general duties of the Mayor in relation to his strategies) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (1)—

(a) after paragraph (c) insert—

“(ca) the London Environment Strategy,”, and

(b) omit paragraphs (d) to (g).

(3) Omit subsection (11).
