In the heading omit “the First-tier Tribunal or”.
(3)
In subsection (1)—
(a)
omit “the First-tier Tribunal or”, and
(b)
in paragraph (a) omit “65(3) or”.
(4)
In subsection (2) for “the tribunal concerned” substitute “
the interim case tribunal
”
.
(5)
In subsection (3) for “the tribunal concerned” substitute “
the interim case tribunal

.
(6)
Omit subsection (4).
(7)
In subsection (6) omit “78A or”.
(8)
In subsection (8A)—
