SCHEDULE 7 E+W Council tax: minor and consequential amendments

Local Government Finance Act 1992 (c. 14) E+W

30 (1) Section 67 (functions to be discharged only by authority) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (2)(b)—

(a) for “32” substitute “ 31A ”, and

(b) for “43” substitute “ 42A ”.

(3) In subsection (2A)—

(a) before paragraph (a) insert—

“(za) the determination of an amount for item T in section 31B(1) above;”, and

(b) after paragraph (b) insert—

“(ba) the determination of an amount for item T in section 42B(1) above;”.

(4) In subsection (3) for “(2)(c)” substitute “ (2)(ba) or (c) ”.
