ASCLA 2009 is amended as follows.

In section 256 (further education corporations in England: co-operation and promotion of well-being), omit subsection (3).

In Schedule 6 (dissolution of the Learning and Skills Council for England: minor and consequential amendments), omit paragraphs 3(2), 4(a), 5(a), 7(2), (3), (4)(b), (5)(a), (6) and (7), 8 to 11 and 12(a).

In Schedule 8 (sixth form college sector), omit paragraphs 7 and 11(3).
