19 E+W In section 23 of ASCLA 2009 (duty to prepare and submit draft specification of apprenticeship standards: England), in subsection (2)(b), omit the “and” after sub-paragraph (ii), and after that sub-paragraph insert—

“(iia) 16 to 19 Academies, and”.
