SCHEDULE 2 E+W Abolition of the GTCE: consequential amendments

Amendments to THEA 1998 E+W

11 E+W In section 15 (supply of information following dismissal, resignation, etc)—

(a) omit subsection (2);

(b) in subsection (3)—

(i) omit the words from the beginning to “in Wales,”;

(ii) for “the General Teaching Council for Wales” substitute “ the Council ”.

(c) in subsection (5), in the definition of “relevant employer”, at the end of each of paragraphs (a), (b), (c) and (d) insert “ in Wales ”.
