14(1)Section 26 of THEA 1998 (imposition of conditions as to fees at further or higher education institutions) is amended as follows.
(2)In subsection (3)—
(a)omit “81(1), 82(1) or”;
(b)omit paragraph (c) and the “or” preceding it;
(c)omit “78 or”.
(3)In subsection (11)—
(a)omit “or the Training and Development Agency for Schools”;
(b)in paragraph (b), omit “or that Agency”.
