Textual Amendments

F1 Schs. 1-5: any entry ceases to have effect at the end of the period of 5 years beginning with the day on which it came into force by virtue of Public Bodies Act 2011 (c. 24), ss. 12, 38(1)

2 U.K.Section 21(1) and (2) do not apply to an order under section 5 which provides for the functions of the Dover Harbour Board to be transferred to another person.
