In section 7, for subsection (2) substitute—

“(2)

Nothing in this Act affects—

(a)

any power of the court (within the meaning of the Charities Act 2011) or the Charity Commission to establish a scheme for the administration of a charity, or

(b)

the power of the Charity Commission under section 105 of that Act to authorise dealings with trust property.”
