128 E+W In section 62(1), in the definition of “charity”, for “section 78(2) of the Charities Act 2006 (c. 50)” substitute “ section 10 of the Charities Act 2011 ”.

129 E+W In Schedule 2, in paragraph 13(2), for “charity trustee within the meaning of the Charities Act 1993 (1993 c. 10)” substitute “ charity trustee within the meaning of the Charities Act 2011 ”.
