53 E+W In section 10, for “ “the Commissioners” and “the court” have the same meanings as in the Charities Act 1993” substitute “ “the Commission” and “the court” have the same meanings as in the Charities Act 2011”.

54 (1) In section 17(1), for “section 22 of the Charities Act 1960” substitute “ section 96 of the Charities Act 2011 ”. E+W

(2) In section 17(2)—

(a) for “the Commissioners” substitute “ the Commission ”, and

(b) for “the said section 22” substitute “ section 96 of the 2011 Act ”.
