22 (1) In section 36 (exempt information: prejudice to effective conduct of public affairs), in paragraph (i) of subsection (5), after “the National Audit Office” insert “ or the Comptroller and Auditor General ”. U.K.

(2) The reference in that paragraph to old NAO is to be read as a reference to NAO.
